The 3rd HEIMDALL Progress Meeting took place at the premises of the Italian Red Cross in Milan (Italy) on the 21st and 22nd of February 2018.
Among the topics to be addressed during the meeting, the following can be found:
- Specification of the different sub-modules
- Preparation of the first system release (Release A)
- Societal Acceptance
- Business Plan
- User and Role Management
- Preparation of the 2nd End User Workshop
The 2nd HEIMDALL Progress Meeting was celebrated in Athens on the 17th and 18th of October 2017 at the Space Hellas premises in Athens (Greece).
During the first meeting day, representatives of the Institute of Communications and Computer Systems (ICCS), project coordinator of the IN-PREP project were invited to introduce IN-PREP to the HEIMDALL Consortium and to discuss about the joint actions to be undertaken by the two projects. As a first step, it has been agreed to formalize the action by means of a dedicated Cooperation Agreement. The main objective of the agreement is to allow exploitation of the synergies between the projects in terms of technological development and results’ dissemination.
Apart from the cooperation with IN-PREP, the meeting focused on the consolidation of the user and system requirements, which are compiled in Deliverable D2.6, and on the definition of the main concepts associated to risk and vulnerability assessment and scenario management.
The HEIMDALL Consortium has held the 1st End User Workshop co-located with the 1st project Progress Meeting on the 5th and the 6th of July 2017, respectively, in the premises of the Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya (CTTC) in Castelldefels (Spain).
